A pop of colour, a choreographed dance sequence, and a dip at the alter were just a few of the many elements that made Julia and Jay’s big day truly special. Held in September at the Four Season’s Toronto, resident florist Diane Murimoto and wedding planner Karen Jacobs combined vibrant orange flowers with soft creams and greens of the ballroom to create a stunning colour palette.

The bride dazzled in a beaded tulle Ream Acra gown, with her bridesmaids in navy and her hubby in a classic Zegna tux. Storey Wilkens captured the day with her always beautiful photography and the SDE video (password: watch) by Freshsoxs Productions will truly make you feel as if you were there as it’s simply amazing!

I’ve finally gotten around to collecting some pics from “real weddings” that I’ve worked on, and what better way to start than with Kurtis and Shelby’s gorgeous wedding.

Held in November at the Toronto Reference Library, event planner Lianne Adelson along with Stemz Flowers transformed the multi-story library into a beautiful candlelit setting complete with lots of flowers and soft white draping. Shelby was stunning in a lace Modern Troussau gown and nude Fendi pumps, while bridesmaids and groomsmen kept it simple and elegant in all black.
