I stumbled across Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams yesterday when I saw a picture of Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwiches on Pinterest. Yes, you heard right, Macaroons + Ice Cream in a sandwich, pretty insane. I love their website, logo, packaging and mostly the way in which they display their flavors online…their ice cream looks pretty darn delicious too.
