From the monthly archives: April 2011

I’m a bit of a hoarder when it comes to sentimental items from my past. Lately I have been coming across lot’s of images that focus on the collection of random objects that when photographed together or in multiples become so intriguing. Most of these images are from Lisa Congdon’s new book, Collection A Day. Here are a few of my faves.

I have a slight (who am I kidding, HUGE)  obsession with Amy Atlas Events and her breathtaking sweet tables. Her work is so incredible that she has created tables for everyone from Oprah to Martha Stewart, and is working on her much anticipated book.  I really adore the way in which she combines colours and patterns as well as her extreme attention to detail and adorable signage.

No big deal, just an elegant sweet table for Martha Stewart

It’s Bridal Fashion Week in NYC and this seasons dresses are nothing short of spectacular. While there are very few good pictures available I managed to find some decent shots from Monique Lhuillier’s (my fave) show. I’m really loving the full skirts and blush pink.
