How do I customize an order?

Can I order a larger quantity than that listed online?
Yes, quantities over 100 can be order via phone or email as shipping costs will vary. Will I see a proof?
Of course! Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-proof before your order goes to print. At this time you may make any necessary corrections to wording and layout.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Once you receive an e-proof, Paperdoll Studio will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 10 business days of purchase. Rush orders are available upon request. If you have any questions regarding your order please email email@example.com
Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only. Paperdoll Studio cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by foul weather or carrier errors.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, Paperdoll currently ships to the United States and of course Canada.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, If you live in Toronto, you may pick up your order. Since all online shopping includes shipping, please place our order by phone or email.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you are ordering within Canada, you will be charged Provincial sales tax. Orders from the US will not be charged sales tax.Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Is my transaction secure
Yes, Paperdoll products are sold through Paypal.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unfortunately, Paperdoll does not accept return or exchanges on custom orders. Orders are non-refundable once we receive email confirmation. Please note that upon final approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint unless the error is on our behalf.
Do you offer letterpress options?
We do not offer leterpress printing at this time.
I don’t see my wedding colors in the design, can I choose my own?
Yes, just send us the colour or an image and we will do our best to match it.
What kind of paper do you print on?
All of our templates are printed on fine, high quality, paper. Our standard stock is a 80lb. cover stock in natural white that has a soft, smooth finish. We also offer speciality papers such as 100% cotton paper and ultra thick stock by request. Please contact us for a quote.
